Bret is the Associate Broker and Owner of the Realty Network Group. A full-time Realtor®, with over a decade of experience selling homes in the Phoenix Metro market, Bret specializes in residential and multifamily transactions. Originally from Colorado, Bret relocated to the valley of the sun to attend Arizona State University. Bret started his real estate career while still in college as an intern and worked under the mentorship of a leading real estate team and coach. Bret was exposed to all aspects of the business and immediately fell in love with the industry. Upon graduating from ASU, he was hired on as a licensed agent with the same team. Over a decade, Bret worked his way up, becoming a Sales Manager, Branch Manger and ultimately the Designated Broker for a small boutique brokerage with 2 locations. In 2016, Bret branched out with a group of handpicked agents to operate the concept for the Realty Network Group, currently powered by the international brand and support of Realty Executives. Becky Trujillo

Executive Partner/Transaction Coordinator


Becky Trujillo is a native of Arizona, raised in Safford AZ until her family relocated to Mesa in 1986. Becky graduated from Westwood High School and attended Scottsdale Community College on a softball scholarship. After school, she made her way into the customer service industry first working for the Mesa Public School District then for JcPenney as the manager of the Simple for Sports department, then making her way into the banking industry as a merchant teller and branch manager. After leaving the banking industry, she became a receptionist for Realty Executives, where she was able to move up and eventually work for one of the #1 producing agent who is the recipient of the R. Dale Rector Award, which is the highest award given by Realty Executives. During the next 17 years of her real estate career, Becky held titles of a dedicated Listing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, REO Specialist, Foreclosure Specialist and a Short- Sale Coordinator. Becky helped launch and build several Real Estate Professional Careers and she takes pride in being able to help real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, lenders and title companies come to the common goal of attaining the American Dream of home ownership. Becky is an avid outdoors woman, who along with her husband and four legit children enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and running. Debbie moved to Arizona with her family in 1969. Along with her husband and 3 sons she has been a long time Tempe resident. She started her working career with Ramada Inn Corporate Offices for 15 years and Alaska Airlines for 5 years. Both companies she’s had extensive contact with customers, vendors, handling customer service issues and complaints to handle point of resolution. In 2001 she started her real estate career specializing in residential sales. For the past 14 years she has been part of a successful real estate team. Six of those years she was also working as the listing coordinator and assisted the transaction coordinator. Taking care of her clients is the most important part of her business. Making sure her clients come first and keeping them abreast of how each and every step of the process works are very important. Staying involved from start to finish gives her clients a comfort level that they deserve. She would not be where she is today if it was not for her family. She enjoys spending time together with her family. Grandkids and Grand dogs are the joy of her life. She has been season ticket holder to ASU football for over 25 years, and she enjoys playing golf. She loves spending time up north during the summer months to get out of the heat.

Tyler Smith moved to Arizona from Washington State and studied recreation management at Northern Arizona University. Upon graduation, he quickly excelled into the sports industry in the Phoenix area. Passionate about real estate, Tyler made a sizable transition. With support from family and friends, Tyler is now working as a Sales Agent with Pacific Arizona Realty. In his free time, Tyler enjoys live music, local eats and drinks, as well as spending quality time with his wife and two young children. Tyler provides excellent service to his clients. After graduation he was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays in 2010 and played professional baseball for nine years until recently retiring and moving back to AZ in June 2018 The years of experience Jimmy has of working with sports teams as well as the opportunity to work different jobs in the off the seasons gives him a unique perspective in the world of Real Estate and enables him to get people working together and fighting for the same goals.

She is currently obtaining her Masters of Science in Biomimicry after graduating Arizona State University with a bachelors in Entrepreneurship. While in her undergraduate business program Chloe was 1 of 400 students selected from 150 countries to attend the European Innovation Academy in Nice, France. While in attendance, Chloe co-led a team of front and back end software designers, to develop a program that translates data from Lactic acid monitoring hardware, into real world analytics to aid in the optimization of athletic performance. Following that she worked in sales for Kinetico AZ, as well as, marketing at Discover the World where she handled accounts such as Expedia, LOT Polish airlines, and Hebridean Cruise Line. In her spare time Chloe enjoys the out doors (i.e. Skiing, camping, fishing, hiking, etc.), fitness, documentaries, and Podcasts. Chloe also enjoys traveling and has extensive cultural awareness, having traveled to over 100 countries. Chloe prides herself on her multifaceted interests, diverse fields of knowledge, and ability to solve complex problems. Originally from Kentucky, Pete Gray began his career in the mortgage industry February of 1998. He has worked his way through the ranks of the industry gaining experience by mastering multiple roles from processing, originating and being a Branch Manager, to name a few.
